ND/PL Filter: ND/PL hybrid filters work like sunglasses placed in front of the camera lens, physically limiting the amount of incoming light, allowing you to control the amount of exposure without pushing the camera settings to the limit. In addition, they can filter out polarized light, such as reflections and glare, and enhance and contrast colors.
What are ND / PL filters?
Neutral Density (ND) and polarizing (PL) drone camera filters are intended to reduce and/or filter the amount of light entering the camera. When ND / PL filters are applied correctly they give richer colors and greater contrast (like clouds against a clear sky). Videos become smoother and more cinematic by optimizing shutter speed in combination with recording speed (frames per second). Lens filters also protect your camera lens from scratches and dust.
