Aircraft regulations for transporting lithium-ion batteries
Batteries or lithium-metal or lithium-ion batteries for consumer electronics are only allowed – in hand luggage. No more than two pieces and no more than 100 Wh each.

You can only check in lithium-ion batteries in your luggage if the battery is installed (or integrated into) your electronic device and the capacity does not exceed 100 Wh. Spare batteries and batteries that are not installed anywhere are not allowed in your luggage!

All LiPo batteries/batteries that are not in the transported equipment must be packed in such a way that there is no possibility of contacts closing (eg by placing them in shop packaging, or by wrapping open poles with insulating tape, or by placing each battery in a special protective case).
